Presentation Manager

The Presentation Managers primary responsibility is the overall appearance of the store. Essential functions include coordinating the merchandising functions of the store and working with the entire management team to make sure associates are properly trained and developed. Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring the health and safety of the pets in our care
• Developing the team through coaching, training, etc.
• Providing a positive customer experience
• Processing freight in a timely manner, including receipt of live pets
• Maintaining Merchandising Standards
• Responsible for all pricing integrity programs, monthly sign packages and planners
• Completing planograms timely and correctly

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum three years related experience working in a retail environment, minimum two years management experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Comfortable operating various systems including: Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
