The Addictions Treatment Coordinator implements a wide range of alcohol and drug abuse programs. Provides case management and counseling services to inmates/residents assigned to the Addictions Treatment Program(s) regardless of modality.  RequirementsGraduate from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in psychology, counseling, social work or a closely related field with one year experience in alcohol and drug rehabilitation programs or other related experience in substance abuse counseling required. A Masters degree is preferred. Where permissible under prevailing regulations, qualifying experience may be substituted for educational requirements on a year-for-year basis. Where applicable, must possess appropriate licensure/certification to include clinical supervision certification and/or endorsement, if applicable. A valid drivers license is preferred, unless required by contract or applicable statute. Front Desk Reception & Office Support -Manufacturing Environment at Boise

Volt Workforce Solutions is currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to support our clients office operations and front desk lobby. This position will be temporary coverage, with anticipated duration of 4-6 weeks. To apply, please respond to this job posting with your resume. This is a large, well-regarded company in Boise ID, specializing in the manufacturing & industrial industry. Responsibilities include managing the front desk/reception area of the lobby, greeting on-site visitors and signing them in/out, and multi-line automated phone coverage. This role will also assist with internal office support needs such as A/P, invoicing/data review, filing and data entry, mail dispersal, maintaining office supplies and equipment usage. Dress code is business causal, with a work schedule of Monday-Friday, 8am 5pm. Excellent customer service, attendance and timeliness is a must in this position.

 Requirements
  • HS Diploma/GED Equivalent Required

  • Minimum two years of reception/administrative support experience.

  • Additional experience in office support such as A/P and invoicing a plus.

  • Experience in MS Office Suite, including Outlook for emailing and calendaring, is required

  • Must be a friendly, welcoming customer-service focused individual with professional demeanor.

  • Must be able to multi-task

  • Must be committed to duration of short term assignment, and be available to start this position NO LATER THAN Monday 7/22/13.

  • Pre-employment screening such as interview, skills assessment, drug/background will part of the consideration process.
