Job: Nursing - Professional

Manages rural clinic operations and provides high quality, cost-effective NP/PA level patient care within scope of practice allowed under licensure and certification.

Nurse practitioner or physician assistant to oversee the clinic operations and staff at the New Plymouth Clinic, and provide high quality, cost-effective patient care.

-Leadership - community relations. Maintains and develops the business interests of the clinic in the local community. Participates in community activities that promote the hospital/clinic mission and goals.

-Leadership - clinic management. Continually assesses and improves clinic operations and performance. Recognizes, analyzes and resolves problems effectively. Integrates the the services with hospitals primary functions. Coordinates/integrates inter/intradepartmental services. Recommends space/other resources needed by clinic. Participates in the selection of outside services. Coordinates the development and implementation of policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services. Ensures staff are kept informed of hospital/clinic operations, goals, changes; conducts monthly staff meetings to exchange ideas and information.

-Financial Management: Effectively manages resources to minimize waste and maximize financial performance. Helps prepare and effectively manages department budget within established guidelines. Completes timely reports for management. Monitors and minimizes overtime and ensures proper staffing to meet budget goals.

 RequirementsMust be licensed as a State of Idaho PA-C or NP and ACLS & CPR Certification.Federal DEA license and Idaho State Board of Pharmacy license. Must be comfortable with practicing in rural somewhat isolated setting. Good minor trauma, suturing skills. Able to deal with unannounced health emergencies. Ideally will be background in CCU or E.R.Three years of family practice/primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a goodwill ambassador to our clients and our temporary associates.
  • Build business relationships with customers and temporary associates while providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist new applicants with the employment process, answer questions and qualify potential temporary associates for eligibility to work.
  • Assist with dispatch by preparing work tickets, distributing safety equipment, selecting associates for job assignments, and directing them to the job site location.
  • Occasionally, drive temporary associates to and from job sites (mileage compensated).
  • Input, maintain and follow-up on accounts receivable. Process credit applications and set credit limits.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices.
  • Assist in temporary associate payout and process payroll from completed work tickets.


Qualifications:
  • Highest commitment to quality customer service with the ability to work with a team and unsupervised.
  • 2 years customer service experience and/or recent education or military experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills; Ability to learn and work with new programs.
  • High school diploma or GED required; One year of college or technical training preferred.
  • Must have valid drivers license and a car that can be used for work.
  • Bilingual language skills a plus.

  • Working closely with Central Payment colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, Technical Support, Web Development and other departments to meet your sales goals
 Requirements

As an Outside Sales Rep with Central Payment, you must possess exceptional communication, listening and presentation skills as well as a positive attitude. As an independent contractor, you must be driven to succeed and be able to work independently to build your book of business. You must be diligent, charismatic, innovative and customer-service oriented. As a representative of Central Payment, you must project a professional appearance and demeanor to inspire confidence in your customers.

Additional requirements of the Outside Sales Rep include:

  • High school degree required; college degree or some college a plus
  • Ability to pass a background check
