The Hypnotist supports the Positive Changes mission by providing hypnosis and coaching to clients seeking to increase motivation and alter behavior patterns.A hypnotist should have excellent communication skills, maturity, and emotional stability.
The candidate must be capable of understanding and helping people with their problems, should have the ability to build rapport with clients, and be able to remain emotionally detached.
The Hypnotist works directly with clients in a confidential setting and must be capable of working in a fast paced environment.
Essential Job Functions
• Provide hypnosis and coaching to clients during their scheduled appointments.
• Build rapport and assist clients to meet their goals.
• Stay organized with excellent time management skills.
• Maintain client records.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat and professional demeanor at all times.
• Able to sit for long periods of time.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
• Hypnotist Certification preferred but not required. Intern opportunities available.
• Willing to complete extensive training program provided by Positive Changes
including ongoing training through duration of employment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many
types of personalities.
• Ability to work cohesively with others in an effort to create a positive team spirit.
• Excellent reading skills.
• Reliable with a professional appearance.
• Exhibit a high level of compassion and empathy for others.
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate some evening and Saturday shifts.
• Proficient computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft.
