PMO Lead PMO Lead CGI is seeking a PMO/Operations Manager to join a Health Insurance Exchange project in Boise, ID.Responsibilities include: Operational Management Track progress of critical project deliverables Track and report program level issues and risks Coordinate weekly management meeting Track management team action items Set-up of all client related SharePoint sites Financial Management Work with finance to create a financial baseline and tracking mechanism Work with finance to create monthly financial report against baselines Monitor performance against baseline financial assumptions Track and report on resource utilization Work with finance to create and submit invoices Track payment of invoices and A/R Contract Management Work with project management to identify potential changes in project scope or deliverables Create and submit Change Orders Investigate any contract related questions from management team Coordinate with legal counsel as required Resource Management Track on-boarding status of resources at the program level based on input from project management Resolve staff on-boarding and access issues Work with teams to identify and escalate resource acquisition issues Identify and escalate resource related cost issues Executive Reporting Create client Steering Committee presentations Create regular status reporting presentations to internal CGI management Create presentations to address ad-hoc requests from internal CGI management Coordinate collection of metrics and data for above presentations Track action items coming from executive meetings Previous experience will include 5 years operations experience/ PMO. Experience in Public Sector Healthcare or Medicaid required. At CGI, were a team of builders.
