Assistant Store Manager at The Kitchen Collection

The Kitchen Collection provides the consumer with a fun and entertaining shopping experience by presenting a strong merchandising mix of basic housewares selections; cookware, bakeware, small appliances like coffee makers, toasters, slow cookers, griddles, indoor grills…in addition a huge selection of “As Seen on TV” items and over 72 feet of kitchen gadgets. Our Assistant Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation teaming with the Store Manager.

 

Responsibilities include maintaining our high level of customer service standards; generating sales and profit while controlling expenses and inventory. Prior supervisory experience is required.

Ideal candidates:

 

• Provide high level of customer service
• Must be willing to work 5 to 6 days per week including evening and weekends
• Open & close store
• Meet in-store visual standards
• Assist with the selection and training of new Associates
