Contract Opportunity for Controller in the Healthcare Arena. Job description as follows: Directing the fiscal/financial functions of a healthcare facility and oversight of all established joint ventures and subsidiaries. BA in finance/accounting; 5 yrs exp in financial leadership role in the healthcare environment; 3 yrs exp as a manager in finance/accounting departments required; (65%) Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organizations fiscal functions including all internal and external financial reporting serving as the internal expert in regard to budgeting, costs, reimbursement and regulatory requirements; organizational asset investment strategy; (10%) Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation/ impact of the organizations plans and programs (10%) Prepares and presents timely and accurate analyses of all pertinent financial information as required by the Board; (5%) Primary lead in regard to training and mentoring of management staff in budgeting and analyses of departmental financial performance (5%) Serve as a member of Senior Management in the role of Team Leader/ Administrators Advisory Council overseeing the Business Office, Medical Records and Purchasing.
