The main purpose of this position is to provide level II support and daily workstation infrastructure problem resolution for a Window 7 upgrade/rollout to all employees. This support includes deploying, refreshing, and moving hardware and software for associates and in depth troubleshooting of hardware, middleware and software in a Windows 7 environment. Hardware includes PCs and laptops. The Workstation Technician may provide technical support to employees via phone, e-mail, remote control tools and desk-side visits. Further, this position will be responsible for communicating progress and issues regarding these responsibilities to his/her team and/or management.
