Addictions Treatment Coord at Boise

Education Level: High School Diploma/GED

The Addictions Treatment Coordinator implements a wide range of alcohol and drug abuse programs. Provides case management and counseling services to inmates/residents assigned to the Addictions Treatment Program(s) regardless of modality.  RequirementsGraduate from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in psychology, counseling, social work or a closely related field with one year experience in alcohol and drug rehabilitation programs or other related experience in substance abuse counseling required. A Masters degree is preferred. Where permissible under prevailing regulations, qualifying experience may be substituted for educational requirements on a year-for-year basis. Where applicable, must possess appropriate licensure/certification to include clinical supervision certification and/or endorsement, if applicable. A valid drivers license is preferred, unless required by contract or applicable statute.
