Infinity Rehab is looking for a full-time Director of Rehab who is clinically driven and self-motivated for this four star 22-acre retirement community. The community offers 65-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living Facility, and Independent Living. These facilities have an excellent reputation in the community and offer inpatient and outpatient therapy departments. You will work with a large and dynamic multidisciplinary therapy team providing acute inpatient therapy to a variety of individuals with conditions such as hip fractures, orthopedics, multiple trauma, neurologic, amputees, cardiac and a variety of other medical issues.  The Director of Rehab is responsible for leading and assuring patient quality, outcomes, and efficient processes. Infinity Rehab is looking for a leader that has clinical vision and passion for post-acute rehab patients.

 

The Director of Rehab ensures the efficient and effective operations of the rehab dept. This includes direct therapy services to patients and management responsibilities such as monitoring admissions, treatment schedules tracking MDS assessment periods and data and providing clinical supervision and case management.
