Come join ITradeNetwork’s Branded Procurement team, as we drive to expand, scale, and innovate within our supply chain offerings!  ITN’s Branded Procurement solution accommodates distributor and operator’s purchasing rules and integrates into their existing enterprise applications. ITN connects product distributors to their customers for a seamless order-to-pay solution. Our goal is to revolutionize how food and product distributors provide good and services to their customers, and we’re only at the beginning.  But, to make it happen, we need your help!

We’re looking for a talented Program Manager who can drive new, innovative user- and customer-experiences into our procurement product.  Understanding the end-user, our customers, and their business models will be critical here, as you’ll be a thought leader in providing the direction and specification for our service.  You’ll work directly with the core development and quality assurance teams to define and deliver value at regular intervals, prioritizing a large feature set against various demands.

You’ll be asked to:

• Drive UI design and functional specifications for new features.
• Scope requirements, develop and identify multiple user scenarios, and prioritize them against one another.
• Work alongside product and project management to assess customer needs and generate functional specifications from the various customer demands.
• Plan and collaborate to deliver regular and predictable on-time product features which drive user growth, customer satisfaction, and increase revenue margin.
• Partner with developers, QA, and other teams to deliver high quality features for multiple customer scenarios.

Job Requirements

7+ years of experience delivering high quality software solutions, preferably software-as-a-service (SaaS) development.  Full software development lifecycle experience is needed within a world-class development environment.

Possess excellent communication and presentation skills in order to represent and describe product offerings both internally and to ITN customers and partners.

Strong analytical skills and proven data-driven decision making attitude.

Knowledge of modern web design and development technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery & associated libraries, AJAX, REST) is preferred.  Past experience with big data and datasets preferred.

Educational background should include a BS in Computer Science, Interaction/UI Design, or Industrial Design, or a related area.

Formal project management and product management training: ITIL, Prince II, PMI, Agile.
