Horizon Home Health and Hospice is currently recruiting for Branch Manager for the Mountain Home Branch. This position will successfully integrates clinical, financial, and operational success while providing overall leadership and supervision and delivering the Horizon Experience to the branch employees.

Job Requirements
- Business acumen
- Strong written and oral communication skills in person and over the phone.
- Leadership and supervision skills, to include Interviewing, coaching and counseling, giving orders and instructions, teaching, and disciplining.
- Team skills—possesses skills and abilities to work well with a team to solve problems, identify core issues, or raise relevant objections and questions.
- Skilled in negotiation
- Technical aptitude—intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications and strong aptitude to learn new software programs.
