ARC is currently seeking a Business & Technology Development Consultant (Outside Sales) for the Boise, ID area.

ARC is an international leader in providing innovative digital document management and print solutions and offers the most comprehensive range of products and services in the imaging and print industry. We serve multiple business segments including construction, entertainment, design, trade shows, retail, banking, manufacturing, fashion, etc. We have approximately 280 retail, and 13 Riot Creative Imaging production print fulfillment centers in the USA, Canada, UK, India and China.


Required Skills


Contacting business establishments to sell companys products, technology and services.
Succeed in quality service and surpass corporate objectives.
Exceed client expectations by fostering a Whatever it takes" attitude while at the same time delivering the highest quality product.
Maintains a revolving sales funnel and pipeline of prospective accounts.
Account management of established customers as well as business development including cold calling and prospecting new business opportunities.
Heavy emphasis on technology solutions, document management services, printing and client on-site printing equipment and print tracking software.
Strategic and tactical thinking in addition to a strong work ethic, tenacious follow-up and a competitive nature.
Problem solving and conducting effective in-person meetings developing new business opportunities with new and existing customers.


Experience Required


Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the field of marketing and outside sales, or similar experience in a comparable field, or college degree in related field preferred.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize to meet deadlines under pressure.

Strong selling, prospecting, cold calling and presentation skills required to successfully achieve sales quotas and targets.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to effectively promote the products and services of the company.

Professional image.

Knowledge of the Construction Industry a big plus.

Ability to accept responsibility, make decisions with minimal supervision and assist both internal and external customers.

Valid drivers license and a car that can be used for work.
