Vibra Hospital of Boise, is a beautiful, state-of-the-art, 60-bed hospital, conveniently located in the middle of the “Treasure Valley" just south of I-84 off Eagle Road in Meridian. Our hospital specializes in the treatment of medically complex patients who require extended hospitalization. We are passionate about giving our patients the best chance at recovery from acute injury or illness by providing early and aggressive intervention in a critical care setting.
Vibra Hospital of Boise is seeking experienced Nursing Supervisor - Registered Nurses - RN to join our team. *Monday - Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm. Responsibilities:
The Nurse Supervisor - RN functions in the role of leader, expert clinician, educator, consultant, and supporter of clinical practice.  In collaboration with the medical staff, clinical managers/directors, unit/departmental charge personnel and clinical staff, assumes responsibility for the clinical care of patients in the facility and provides clinical support to improve patient care and patient outcomes.  The Nurse Supervisor - RN is responsible for the clinical and administrative management of the facility on their assigned shift. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing - RN required.  Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. Current/Active ID RN license. At least 2 years directly related supervisory or charge experience with a strong track record of achievement.  Possess a perspective that is broader than just one functional area and the proven ability to assume full responsibilities for area or areas of responsibility.  Our recruitment team wants to get to know you.
