Job Description:

• Provides Occupational Therapy services to patients in a variety of settings including, but not limited to, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, home health companies and schools.
• Assists in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication.
• Functions under supervision of the Occupational Therapist designated by the client facility.

Job Requirements

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of Certification Examination
• 1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience within the last 3 years
• Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license (OR)
