Job Description:
- Provides Occupational Therapy services to patients in a variety of settings including, but not limited to, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, home health companies and schools.
- Assists in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication.
- Functions under supervision of the Occupational Therapist designated by the client facility.

Job Requirements
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
- Successful completion of Certification Examination
- 1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience within the last 3 years
- Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license (OR)
