Job is located in Burley, ID.We are a small ASSISTED LIVING RETIREMENT COMMUNITY in Burley, Idaho and we are currently looking for full-time professionals who have exceptional organizational skills, strong written & verbal communication skills and who love working with seniors.

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic Registered Nurse to fill the role of Community Relations Director at Highland Estates, an assisted living and memory care community in Burley, ID. 

This position is responsible for carrying out the ADL services to residents in accordance with their service plan in a given Milestone Managed Community including providing personal care for all residents, communicating with medical professionals and families about the needs of residents under the direction of the Executive Director and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. The Community Relations Director also provides ongoing audit and reviews clinical systems to ensure compliance with State regulations and Milestone policies. In addition, this position is responsible for all sales and marketing activities of Highland Estates including managing all sales efforts, managing the lead bank and sufficient calls required for sales conversions, coordinating special events, gathering appropriate documentation for move-ins and communicating with Milestone on all appropriate matters.

Job Requirements

 EDUCATION & LICENSING  

 

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid State Nursing License as a Registered Nurse

Certifications as required by state

 

EXPERIENCE  

 

Must have 1 year experience as a nurse or caregiver preferably in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.

Supervisory experience of 6 months or more in a health related field

Must be able to read physician orders and match to Medication Administration Records for residents.  Understanding of medical terminology adequate to pass medications and communicate with medical professionals.
