SUMMARY: To effectively service assigned CMU & LCC accounts in consistent compliance with standards of Program Accounts and Sysco. Develop new accounts and increase sales and profitability of existing accounts. Maximize program margins, increase sales, gross profit, maintain and create good customer relationships. Perform other duties as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain customer contact through occasional personal visits and regularly by phone. Use communication skills to determine customer needs and build strong, effective relationships. Respond to customers emails and calls in a timely manner.
- Show new items via samples, point of sale materials, and email to increase account penetration.
- Key orders and/or help facilitate the ordering process through appropriate interface. Follow up on out of stocks and substitutions. Make sure pick-ups and credits are handled in a timely manner.
- Effective collaboration and communication with internal and external customers, regarding issues affecting our business, i.e. unusual movement, discontinued items, and delivery charges. Review proprietary merchandise and develop plan of action on a monthly basis. Take action on to slow/dead items.
- Utilize brokers, business resources and new CRM tools to increase penetration.
- Ensure Accounts Receivable balances are within terms. Review weekly C-Stop report and communicate with customers regarding short pays or skipped invoices. Ensure that computer reports and order guides are mailed to the appropriate person, on a timely basis, in an effort to meet contractual agreements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Review reports, weekly/monthly sales analysis, daily sales audits, and SOLAR to identify areas of penetration.
- Expense reduction. Check orders to reduce hot shots/extra deliveries, sales returns, and customer errors.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director, Program Accounts.

Job Requirements
- Must be dependable, consistently at work and on time; follow instructions; respond to management direction; deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Must be customer friendly, self-motivated, detail oriented, and a team player.
- Must be able to travel as required and work overtime as needed.
- Requires use of a personal vehicle and continuance of personal auto insurance maintaining minimum limits to company standard.
- BS, BA, Associates Degree or three years experience in related field.
