Job Description

This position requires a high level of customer service at all times while being able to provide trouble-shooting over the phone to resolve customer issues. You will be working with an exceptional team with a proven record of longevity, technique, and dedication. A sense of urgency is a MUST to be able to take required inbound calls on a daily basis. Job Requirements

Must be able pass drug and background screen.Responsibilities include experience in customer service, familiarity with PC Hardware/Software, peripherals, navigating with Windows, use of the internet, and keyboard typing of 40 WPM, and a proven record of longevity and continuous customer service experience. Must be flexible to work any assigned shift between 4:00 AM - 10:00 PM, seven days a week (including holidays). Must be able to work overtime as needed by the business. Ability to meet program standards for Quality, productivity, attendance, and call volume. Ability to assess customer needs and determine appropriate solution. Ability to use telephone while navigating computer systems. Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated attention to detail.
