Office Assistant at Pocatello

Job Description

 

 IDAHO HOSPICE, AN LHC GROUP AGENCY, IS NOW HIRING AN OFFICE ASSISTANT.

 

  • The Office Assistant assists Admin/DON/BM and Office Manager with routine clerical/office and computer related tasks to include but not limited to filing, shredding and data entry.
  • Answers telephone calls, records messages and delivers messages.
  • Delivers out going mail to Post Office when needed and pickup incoming mail and disperses.
  • Copies patient records, policy manual and other pertinent documents and dispenses copies as appropriate.

 

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Health care experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computer software programs preferred.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess general clerical and organizational skills.
  • Must have a current drivers license and be able to travel as needed
