Job Description

We are looking for career-minded individuals who are up for a challenge, are highly goal oriented and motivated for success.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -Provide excellent customer service to sales agents and prospective buyers-Establish rapport with prospective buyers to determine their immediate housing needs-Demonstrate model homes, available homes and home sites, giving the customer an enjoyable and memorable experience -Take complete control over creating urgency within customers-Thoroughly document the transaction, manage progress of the loan, home options and construction -Respond immediately to customer requests for information -Remain in good standing with outside real estate agents of the surrounding market-Maintain working knowledge of company house plans, options, and community information-Maintain familiarity with competitive homebuilders and communities EXPERIENCE: -6 months to 1 year sales or retail experience preferred REQUIREMENTS: -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Professional dress and demeanor -Desire to excel in team oriented environment -Motivation and willingness to learn and improve are essential to this position-Computer literate on all windows based programs -Reliable transportation -Flexible schedule: Willing to work on the weekends COMPENSATION:-Extensive mentoring program -Exceptional compensation and incentives -Assistance in obtaining your real estate license To be considered for this position you MUST attend our Job Fair that will be held on Tuesday, September 24th from 6:30-9:00PM at the Courtyard Marriot in Meridian.
