Customer Service Representative at Meridian

Job Description

A Customer Service Representative with Merry Maids is responsible for providing world- class customer service to our customers and potential customers, answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, dispatching team members, dealing with complex & time sensitive issues, and maintaining communication with the Customer Service Manager and other branch office staff.

 

Job Essentials
* Create a world-class first impression by ensuring all calls, emails and internet inquiries are answered promptly and warmly. 

* Exceed the expectations of new and existing customers by actively listening and resolving their questions/concerns immediately.

* Communicate information in a timely, professional manner and ensure all communications are accurate and seamless.

 

Job Requirements

* 12 months or more of customer service experience

* Basic computer skills

* Experience using email and internet

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Outstanding problem solving skills

* Ability to work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., 7 days a week

* Capability to thrive in both team and individual environments
