Job Description

Job Overview:
The Treausry Analyst is responsible for managing the Companys treasury function and overseeing the accounting for two of the Companys subsidiaries.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day cash flows including credit facility utilization and short-term investments.
Administer ACH transfers, wires and other treasury functions.
Forecast and analyze cash flows to optimize cash resources, maintain liquidity and reduce interest expense.
Manage various relationships with banking partners and other third-party service providers.
Ensure the Companys compliance within the scope of borrowing requirements and financial covenants.
Maintain an effective internal control structure to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
Administer corporate credit card program.
Review financial contracts, bank and merchant services proposals, and assist with preparation of related customer agreements.
General ledger accounting including monthly journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations and bank account reconcilaitions.
Prepare and evaluate financial statements and coordinate with management and external auditors.
Assist in preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
Prepare net present value analysis and other financial modeling.
Perform additional responsibilities as requested including processing employee stock awards.

Minimum Experience and Education:
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or other business related field with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in treasury, banking, or accounting. A Certified Treasury Professional is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a team environment and strong computer-related skills and experience are necessary.
