Job Classification: Direct Hire Seeking 75+ Technical Support Representatives who will work remotely from their homes! Candidates will be the first point of contact for customers and will utilize both phone and remote login software to identify core client issues and make appropriate recommendations based on findings. If the issues cannot be handled over the phone, the Technical Support Rep will be responsible for facilitating a seamless handoff to an Agent explaining what the clients diagnoses is.This is a 24 hour environment with a minimum of 40 hours per week. There will be overnight/holiday/weekend shifts available so candidates must be somewhat flexible with their schedules. Job Responsibilities- Connects and communicates with clients using their phone portal, recommending appropriate solutions based on the clients description of their issue and their own diagnosis.- Transitions clients from a phone environment to a chat environment before initiating a transfer to a repair tech.- Uses excellent verbal and written skills to greet clients and clarify repair services being rendered.- Dispatches job to an agent who will facilitate the repair. - Provides agent with scope of client issue, services needing performed, and any applicable information regarding the client and repair.- Maintains high levels of professionalism, courtesy and service throughout all client interactions.
