Job Classification: Direct Hire A growing, large sized call center in Hayden, ID has immediate openings for individuals with customer service experience that can help with inbound calls.These individuals will be responsible for answering inbound calls to help customers with questions, billing issues, and updating account information, as well as be a sales representative for the company. Major job duties include:-Help customers with problems and concerns as well as update information when needed.-Sell products and services to clients.-Accurately enter customers orders.-Keep great knowledge of the clients products and services in order to help fill customers needs. -Gain information about customer to help make correct offers.Job requirements and qualifications:-High School Diploma or GED-Outstanding verbal communication skills-Ability to navigate through computer data entry system-Understanding of how to handle different personalities-Be able to multi-task as well as handle own workload-Be proficient with customer service, problem solving, and team workThe standard work week will be Monday-Friday. Hours are flexible but must be able to work one weekend a month.
