Job Description

Office Manager needed for Idaho Home Health a proudmember of the LHC Group



The Home Health Office Manager is responsible for coordinating and directing the clerical support staff for the office and ensuring that all duties are performed in a timely manner. The Office Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all reception and data entry functions are operating effectively and efficiently.
  • Enters patient billing data into computer; and transmits this information to the main office as accordingto the billing process and /or as directed.
  • Maintains office/branch manuals.
  • Assists in the ordering of supplies.
  • Coordinates outgoing and incoming mail and faxes.
  • Reviews patient medical records for accuracy of information related to the billing process.
  • Files, answers incoming phone calls, typing.
  • Assists the Branch Manager, DON/Alternate DON.
  • Participates in the QA/QI plan and processes.
  • Coordinates employee time keeping systems and transmits time to Home Office for payroll purposes
  • Job Requirements

    • BA Degree or equivalent working experience with supervision of administrative support staff.

    • Three (3) years of management experience required.

    • Demonstrates typing skills, filing skills, and word processing skills (Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

    • Demonstrates ability to work independently.

    • Demonstrates strong financial management skills
