Job Description:
You will be the "front line" point of contact with customers contemplating the purchase of consumer electronic products. We are looking for applicants with excellent listening skills, strong written and verbal communications skills, a high level of focus and great attention to detail as well as 6 months to a year of sales experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from customers across the country
- This position requires the ability to use computers and various software programs simultaneously
- Promoting and selling internal products and services using a structured sales methodology
- Using several computer based tools for research and order placement
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting loyalty
- Building and maintaining strong customer rapport
- Converting inbound/outbound calls into sales
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED OR equivalent work experience
- Proactive and quick thinking with a positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- High level of focus and attention to detail
- 6 months to one year of sales experience
- Highly confident and professionally assertive individual who can instill confidence in customers
- Basic PC skills; Windows, Outlook, Internet Explorer
- Typing Skills are required; 30 WPM
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of twelve months commission-based sales experience
- Proven track record in an inbound call center sales environment
- Proven track record of overachievement of sales goals
- Highly confident and professionally assertive individual who can instill confidence in customers
- College degree or equivalent work experience
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent, must be 18 years old
Location: Boise, ID
Contract Length: 24 months
Wage: W2
Call Center Hours of Operations
- 6:30am – 11:00pm, MST (7 days per week) Potential for mandatory overtime
- 8 hour shift between the listed hours
- Shift flexibility is a requirement
Additional Information:
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
- Must complete online assessments
- US Citizens and green card holders are encouraged to apply
- Our environment is a fun, energetic, highly competitive sales center with: scheduled start and end times, structured break and phone schedules, periods of overtime during peak selling seasons, and possible outbound calling requirements during slower selling seasons.
