Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive high volume full cycle Human Resources processes for a contact center supporting the government.
  • Assist the corporate Human Resources (HR) department and project implementation team in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all new project employees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment, selection, and retention efforts such as coordination with corporate HR in preparing ads for placement in newspapers, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews when requested.
  • Respond to department requests for temporary staff and coordinates with Finance reconciliation of temporary agency invoices.
  • Conduct exit interviews for voluntary terminations and assists managers regarding involuntary terminations.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and coordinates with managers and/or supervisors for new hire start dates and times.
  • Respond to employee grievances by conducting initial information gathering meeting and recommends next steps to Human Resource Director.
  • Handle employee data management in the HR database including the maintenance and auditing of personnel files.
  • Generate human resource reports based upon project management requests.
  • Audit time sheets for payroll processing and distribute accrual reports and payroll project-wide.
  • Assist manager with all aspects of staff recognition.
  • May be responsible for supervising members of on-site HC staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Education,Experience, and Abilities:
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years experience as human resources professional, preferably generalist experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to support large staff unit.
  • Government contracting experience preferred.
  • Experience in a contact center environment preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency highly preferred.

    Education Required: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
    Education Preferred: Masters Degree

    Technical Skills / Knowledge Required: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

    Subject Matter Expertise/Experience Required: Eight years of related experience
    Subject Matter Expertise/Experience Preferred: Eight to twelve years of professional/related experience

    Personal/Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment, ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously, and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    1. Assess the effectiveness of programs developed and/or administered and develop a means of measuring such effectiveness
    2. Monitors assigned functions, completes monitoring reports, and provides feedback to staff and/or management as appropriate
    3. Researches issues, recommends preventive measures and participates in the development of changes
    4. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key external and internal customers
    5. Communicate with customers, technical and non-technical staff
    6. Perform other duties as assigned by Management
