Service Advisor Evening Shifts Starting on December 02, 2013 at Coeur D Alene

Job Description

Service Advisors are responsible for proactively assessing customer needs, providing service to customers, resolving customer inquiries, providing customers with account information, resolving or referring billing disputes, responding to fee and finance charge questions, completing account maintenance, accepting card and check orders, and acting on lost and stolen cards or checks. We are seeking enthusiastic, growth-oriented people!

This department offers flexible shifts and operates seven days a week, 365 days per year. Incumbent will be scheduled to work a weekend shift every other weekend and will receive equitable days off in the week in which a weekend shift is worked.

Earn 20% more for bilingual Spanish/English or Korean/English speaking skills and/or qualifying shifts. Job Requirements

Job Requirementsand Education:

  • The equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good PC skills with a solid understanding of PC navigation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A pleasant and professional telephone manner
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is a must!

Must be able to attendseven weeks of training from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday.
