General Manager (P&L)

Diversified Search, a top 10 retained executive search firm, has been retained for aCONFIDENTIAL talent identification/talent development project in the building equipment/services industry.

This client is a multi-billion, publically traded global firm with significant growth opportunities across the US (locations in metropolitan areas/cities in the mid-continent, southeast, northeast, west coast). Our client has promoted successful P&L General Managers/Leaders to manage larger business units and to other global locations if candidates have global ambitions. They will be rotating and upgrading leadership teams going forward into 2013 as the organization continues to focus on recruiting “best in class" leadership talent.
   RequirementsWe seek high potential “post graduate" prospects with the following qualities/characteristics: 

• 7-12 developmental years in engineering/sales and progressive management/leadership experience
• Experience managing a P&L ($5- $30 million)
• MBA highly preferred

 Target industry groups include manufacturers/providers of any of the following commercial equipment/services such as HVAC, Water Treatment, Communications, Fire/Security, Building Efficiency/Systems, Health/Safety Equipment, Elevator/Escalators, Janitorial/MRO, and Air Treatment services provided to owners/managers of buildings/hotels, schools, hospitals, airports, stadiums/arenas, apartment complexes or shopping malls.   An attractive compensation package consisting of a base salary and annual bonus will be put together for the right candidate.
