Collections Representative - Entry Level/First Call:
Nothing rattles you. You are calm, cool and friendly no matter what. You should check out a collections position. Youll help customers protect their credit while working in a fun team environment. Youll go home feeling like you made a difference. As a Citi Collections Representative youll spend your day talking with customers over the phone reminding them about late or missed payments helping them find ways to arrange their finances and setting up payment solutions to help them get back on track. Every call is an opportunity for you to use your negotiating and relationship building skills to partner with customers and help them problem solve.

Inbound Credit Card Service Representatives:
In our Contact Center, employees deliver compelling customer service in a manner that builds and retains long lasting relationships by handling/supporting customer telephone requests. Employees ensure appropriate information flow to the applicable area for additional research. Meets established productivity and quality measures. Appropriately assesses clients needs and recommends additional products and services offered by the company. Effectively directs clients to the appropriate party for sale of additional products and services and facilitates a warm, personable transfer of the call.

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

HS Degree, GED or at least one year of applicable customer contact experience.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Creative problem solving skills.

Experience working in fast-paced work environment.

Proficiency with Windows based applications.
