Adecco Engineering and Technical has a current job opportunity for a Software Release Coordinator in Boise, ID. The Software Release Coordinator is responsible for the release of LaserJet software to various sources used by internal teams and processes; as well as 3rd party partners. The SRC works closely with various teams including test engineers, Mac engineers and Program Managers to ensure timely deliverables. This position represents the Business Unit for releases and is seen as the SME by downstream partners.

Create hybrid CDs according to schedule milestones

Release software to manufacturing, fulfillment and web according to software schedule release dates

Verify latest software web deliverables are available on hp.com

Release software to Software Update processes and maintain content on servers

Point of contact for manufacturing, fulfillment and web release issues

Maintain all system software required for the release process - including Mac/Window server applications

Archive all master software release CDs and files after each release

Create and maintain documentation of all software release processes as organizational and process changes occur

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work alone and in a team environment

Proven ability to multitask

Good troubleshooting skills

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint)

Knowledge of CD burn processes

Good computer skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

Familiar with Macintosh environment

Experience managing projects/tasks in a deadline driven environment
