Vibra Hospital of Boise, is a beautiful, state-of-the-art, 60-bed hospital, conveniently located in the middle of the “Treasure Valley" just south of I-84 off Eagle Road in Meridian. Our hospital specializes in the treatment of medically complex patients who require extended hospitalization. We are passionate about giving our patients the best chance at recovery from acute injury or illness by providing early and aggressive intervention in a critical care setting.  Vibra Hospital of Boise is seeking a Director of Plant Operations to join our team. The Director of Plant Operations will be responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, developing, implementing and evaluating the plant operations of the hospital and ensuring compliance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and JCAHO standards.  The Director must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary for maintaining all aspects of the plant operation including implementation of a routine maintenance schedule, safety and fire systems, and coordination of construction or repair projects and assist plant operations team as required with these tasks.  Supervisory responsibilities include engineers, security and housekeeping departments.  Serves as safety officer.  

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare plant operations engineering. Minimum 3 years previous experience as chief engineer or manager in a hospital setting. Limited electrician license, refrigeration certification is strongly preferred. HVAC certification preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform engineering skills as required. Associate Degree in business administration or related field is preferred.Current TB screening is required within 30 days.  Our recruitment team wants to get to know you.  Share your passion!
