CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK

Work for the best! IHFA has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Clerk in our Homeownership Lending department in Boise. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for preparing and scanning mortgage loan documents, backing up the receptionist desk, taking customer service calls, and providing support as needed to loan administration.
Job Requirements
Incumbent must have the ability to operate a scanner, index files and provide clerical and customer service support as needed. General office skills required such as handling mail, filing and reception duties as needed.
