The Dress Specialist is responsible for outstanding customer service and driving sales in our dress department. They are the experts in our bridesmaid and special occasion dress assortment, foundations, shoes, handbags, and other accessories. Our Dress Specialist demonstrates our culture of trust, fairness, integrity, and accountability in accordance with Davids Bridal Core Values.Our most successful Dress Specialists are self-motivated professionals with upbeat, outgoing personalities and excellent communication skills. Experience in a high volume, fast paced sales setting is preferred; commission sales background is a plus. Job Requirements

Experience Required: 1-2 yrs prior retail salesConsistently honor all service and selling vows, outfitting each customerSell dresses by fully dressing and accessorizing bridesmaids, flower girls, mothers of the bride, and other special occasion shoppers for their events.Educate customers on the Davids DifferencesMaximize sales and customer satisfaction by providing superior serviceMaintain hourly sales productivity standardsSchedule and prepare for appointmentsFollow up with customers in accordance with Davids Bridal Customer Relationship ManagementExplain services offered by our Alterations DepartmentMaintain the floor including housekeeping standardsAnswer multi-line business phone systems in a professional mannerFollow procedures for Special Order salesFlexible to work retail schedules including weekend, evenings, and HolidaysPhysical ability to lift, move up to 10 lbs., kneel, twist, stand, and move throughout the store
