Job Description

Applicants selected will be subject to a Federal background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or matter. Position requires US Citizenship with (no dual citizenship) ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance which involves an extensive criminal and financial background investigation and previous employment reference verifications.

Perform detailed engineering to support the decontamination and dispositioning (D&D) services and perform nuclear facility upgrades and construction projects. The successful candidate will be a multifaceted project engineer with five (5) or more years of electrical engineering experience responsible for:

Performing detailed engineering to support construction and infrastructure upgrade projects in a nuclear facility.

Preparing comprehensive work procedures to perform construction and infrastructure upgrade activities.

Maintaining project-related documentation and preparing required reports.

Maintaining knowledge of technical requirements applicable to the assigned scope for work.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (other Engineering discipline may be considered with five (5) or more years of electrical experience). A combination of education and experience may be evaluated.

A current DOE clearance is a plus. Must be able to obtain a DOE security clearance (U.S. citizenship required). No dual citizenships

Previous experience in the nuclear or radiological field is desirable.
