Job Description

The Idaho Primary Care Association (IPCA) is seeking a dynamic Operations Administrator to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our office. This position is responsible for developing and improving work processes, administrative procedures and provides operational support to all IPCA program areas. The Operations Administrator is a working supervisor, which may exercise direct supervision of assigned staff. This position is also the primary administrative liaison with stakeholders; including grantors, partners, and the IPCA board of directors. The Idaho Primary Care Association (IPCA) is a non-profit organization that provides assistance to a network of health centers and other safety-net providers, supports the development of Community Health Centers (CHCs) in Idaho, and enhances the operations and performance of health centers. The successful applicant will have strong knowledge and experience in business office operations, be able to work effectively and efficiently, independently and with a team, and will bring the experience and knowledge necessary to implement best practices to our office operations.Please refer to the IPCA website at www.idahopca.org for more complete job description and application instructions.
