Electronic Equipment Technician
M-F, 8am - 5pm, 40 hrs per week
Pay: $16 to $22 per hour DOE
Works with fundamentals of electro-pneumatic systems and controls. Understand computer control systems. Fundamentals of troubleshooting complicated systems.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The Production Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for providing immediate preventive and corrective maintenance and repair of the production line machinery.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in a manufacturing environment in the areas of machine maintenance and repair and equipment installation
2. Prior experience with high-speed equipment a plus
3. 3 5 years experience in mechanical and/or electromechanical maintenance
4. Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge preferred
5. Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred
6. Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment
7. Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude
8. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Essential Skills and Abilities:
1. Ability to troubleshoot & remedy problems with manufacturing equipment
2. Ability to perform preventative maintenance to equipment to assure an efficient and long-term trouble-free operation
3. Good verbal and written communication skills
4. Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a team and independently to achieve team objectives

Essential Duties / Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain and repair high-speed production equipment.
2. Periodic inspection and overhaul according to the maintenance schedule
3. Maintain accurate records
4. Troubleshoot production machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
5. Repair machines and equipment using approved procedures and standards while maintaining safety practices.
6. Communicate with mechanics on other shifts, with verbal and written communications in order to receive and relay specific machine conditions or other information related to the department.
7. Performs other work-related duties and responsibilities as required by the Production Maintenance Manager or other management personnel
