Classification: Mortgage Processor

Compensation: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour

Mortgage Lender is hiring immediately for a Mortgage Loan Processor performing duties of Conventional, FHA and VA processing and closing! The scope of the position includes, but not limited to, performing loan documentation duties on complex loans, processing and/or closing of loans, manages assigned pipeline of all loan types, and acts as an escalation point for specialists to resolve issues. Other duties include maintaining information within software system, keep current on all guidelines and maintain strong communication between all parties to avoid delays and smooth closing.

Job Requirements

Required: 3+ years of automated loan processing, FHA/VA/FHLMC underwriting knowledge, intermediate Microsoft Word, advanced Excel, and be comfortable handling a large volume of files.
