Retail Coverage Specialist (WM) Part-Time at Jerome

Part-Time (12 Avg Hours Weekly)

Availability 7 days a week (rotating shifts)

45% of time on weekends

Day Shift

Multiple locations may require evening work

Hourly Rates + Mileage Reimbursement

The Retail Coverage Specialist (WM) will primarily scan shelf tags via hand-held scanners collecting store level information for assigned stores. They are responsible for representing ACOSTA and our principals by executing objectives set forth by their Manager and achieving superior results.

Responsibilities:
  • Scanning Shelf Tags and product via hand-held scanners
  • Collecting Store level information
  • On-going training per project needs
  • Organizing daily task based on store assignment
  • Rotating work schedule of stores and days that the job will be performed
  • At least 45% of the work will be conducted on the weekend
  • Submitting expenses for reimbursement
  • Computer and Scanner provided by Acosta
  • Perform special projects, communicating customer needs, objectives as assigned by Unit or Sales Manager
  • Transmitting collected data daily via internet based on the requirements of the collection device and occasionally downloading and printing forms
  • Complying with travel and mileage standards established by Retail Data Collection
  • Communicating effectively with management and coworkers

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Retail experience is helpful
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Must have a valid drivers license,be able to drive and have an operational vehicle
  • Must be able to operate a computer and have access to high speed internet
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with others
  • May be asked to work in cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores)
