Clinical Compliance Specialist at Post Falls

Job Description

Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest is a new freestanding acute rehabilitation hospital. The facility’s unique design fosters a comfortable and responsive environment for our patients. Our hospital provides rehabilitative services for patients with functional deficits as a result of debilitating illnesses or injuries. Through our inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs, we help patients recover quickly and return home with a renewed sense of self-sufficiency. We are currently recruiting for Registered Nurses to join our new hospital.

The Clinical Compliance Specialist is responsible for the infection control and wound care coordination.  This position is additionally responsible for the Medical Staff coordination (professional practice evaluation, credentialing, and medical staff project data collection); patient satisfaction data analysis; following-up on incident reports and analysis; participating in the root cause analysis; participating in performance improvement teams; and assisting in coordinating the Quality Council, Medical Executive Committee, and Governing Body committees.

Job Requirements

  • Current Idaho state license as a registered nurse required
  • 2 years of clinical experience required
  • Must possess experience and ability to work in an environment that requires a high level of discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Must possess interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
