This Electronic Engineering Technician I (Telecom) position Features: Paid Holidays Paid Vacation after 1 year Excellent Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life) Salary commensurate with experience Excellent opportunity for an experienced Electronic Engineering Technician I (Telecom) in Idaho Falls, ID to provide engineering, design, and field support for telecommunication facilities and associated equipment including: fiber optics, analog/mobile radio, digital radio, power line carrier, operational telephone, microwave towers and antennas, emergency AC/DC power and UPS systems, communications buildings, multiplex equipment, and monitoring systems including alarm system, Fault Locating Acquisition Reporter (FLAR), microwave monitor, wide area networks used for operational data and network management.All applicants must have a Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications or a related field and at least 1-4+ years of work experience in Telecommunications Engineering to apply.Must have proven knowledge of engineering concepts, principals and practices and ability to analyze complex installations, facilities or structures using the latest techniques and applicable codes.
