Classification: Accounting Supervisor/Manager

Compensation: $14.25 to $16.50 per hour

Accountemps is working with a great client in the Boise area looking for an Accounting Manager. This Accounting Specialist Manager Position is responsible for:1.Client Management Guidance or assistance with bookkeeping, government tax reporting, complex accounting classifications, financial preparation & review, and client onboarding2.Financial AnalystGuidance or assistance with budget modeling and projections, review of cash flow projections, and interpretation of financial reports3.Audit SupportGuidance through the audit process, including onsite interface with Auditors

Job Requirements

Skills / Qualifications1.Education: BS or MS in Finance or Accounting2.CPA preferred 3.MBA bonus4.Demonstrated Project Management ability5.Demonstrated client management skills6.Strong knowledge of GAAP and ability to train on GAAP7.Work experience within any of the following roles:ControllerFinancial AnalystAccountant8.Strong interpersonal skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to explain things simplyHighly self-motivatedAbility to balance the needs of multiple accounts multi-task experts onlyProfessionalism with strong oral and written communication skillsStrong initiativeResourceful and well-organized with a high attention to detail9.Consulting and / or non-profit background a bonus10.QuickBooks experience a bonus
