We’re HB Boys, L.C., a management company that operates Burger King, Subway, and Costa Vida restaurants and convenience stores throughout Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Wyoming.

We are currently searching for exceptional people to become Hourly and Salaried Managers. Current available positions include:

• Hourly Shift Supervisors (Day, Mid, Night, & Graveyard shifts available)
• Salaried Assistant Managers
• Salaried Restaurant Managers

As a management team member at one of our stores, you will be an important member of the team who delivers our Customer Promise by managing human resource, operational and financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards

Ensure safety codes, company safety and security policy are met

Assist Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor

Recruit, interview, and hire team members

Conduct performance appraisals, disciplinary action, motivate and train employees

Ensure company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program

Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

Relevant Work Experience:
1+ years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail/hospitality industry.

Other Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong math and Windows-based computer literacy

Reliable Transportation

Open/Flexible Schedule
