The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing professional and unsurpassed customer service to each of our Davids Bridal customers. The CSR provides information about Davids Bridal products and services and responds to all customer inquiries. A CSR demonstrates our culture of trust, fairness, integrity, and accountability in accordance with Davids Bridals Core Values.Our most successful CSRs are highly organized professionals with upbeat, outgoing personalities and excellent communication skills. Experience in a high volume, fast paced customer service setting is preferred; sales background is a plus. Required Experience: 1-2 yrs prior in retail or customer serviceCSR Job ResponsibilitiesGreet each customer that enters the store with courtesy and professionalismRegister brides, bridesmaids, and special occasion customersInform customers of policies, benefits of our vendor programs, and benefits of our Davids Bridal Credit CardPrepare for all upcoming appointments by printing the customers profile and favorites prior to her appointmentMaintain register responsibilities and provide an efficient and friendly checkout experienceResolve customer service issues and refer any unresolved grievances to floor managementGive customers a store tour and assist with selection of dresses for her to try onAssist in sales and maximize customer satisfaction by providing superior serviceAnswer multi-line business phone in a professional mannerFollow up with customers on special orders and question resolutionFlexible to work retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and HolidaysDexterity to perform register responsibilitiesAbility to lift up to 10lbs, bend, kneel, twist, climb, stand, and move throughout the storeCompetitive Hourly Rate
