Essential duties and responsibilities are: 1) Enthusiastically greet and uncover the customers home and community needs. 2) Demonstrate model homes, available homes and home sites, giving the customer an enjoyable and memorable experience. 3) Take complete control over creating urgency within customers. 4) Thoroughly document the transaction, manage progress of the loan, home options and construction. 5) Respond immediately to customer requests for information. 6) Remain in good standing with outside real estate agents of the surrounding market. 7) Maintain working knowledge of company house plans, options, and community information. 8) Maintain familiarity with competitive homebuilders and communities. 9) Conduct all business in a professional manner to serve potential buyers. 10) Increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
