NURSING. Director, Medical Services We are seeking an RN leader for our Medical Services teams. The Medical Services team which includes case management, utilization management, wellness and disease management, quality, and administrative staff. This position oversees implementation of department strategies and initiatives and provides guidance regarding company policies, procedures, and operations. Manages quality and productivity of team tasks and workflow and work to resolve issues and improve processes and outcomes. Manages change and encourage innovation, build collaborative relationships, encourage involvement and initiative, and develop goal orientation in others. The ideal candidate will be an RN with a current license and varied clinical experience. Experience in Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid programs and a minimum of 3 years recent management experience with a health plan strongly preferred.
