Systems/Software Engineer Sr.

Primary Function
Provide systems engineering support for After Market Assets

Primary Responsibilities
- Work with engineering leads to design/develop/select tools to support an agile development process.
- Develop solutions around various elements of handling the data in our cloud application (storing, searching, manipulating, processing, normalizing, etc).
- Coordinate with requirements engineers to integrate processes end-to-end (from requirement to development to verification to deployment).
- Investigate tools, processes and best practices in use across LES for use with our program.
- Select/Develop tools and scripts that provide real-time monitoring and alerting capabilities.
- Provide tools and processes to deploy our solution into production in a managed fashion.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Typically 4 years of technical education & 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination
Experience:
- Experience with low level requirements, code samples, and tools.
- Experience developing in an agile environment
- Experience in Microsoft /.Net technology stack
- Familiarity with databases (particularly MongoDB would be very helpful)
- Demonstrated history of development for a variety of platforms including C#, .Net, and C++ in a variety of environments including Windows application development and Web development.
- Experience in Microsoft Team Foundation Server is desired
