CONSTRUCTION: Commercial General Project Superintendent: Petra, Incorporated, is seeking a General Project Superintendent with the ability to lead a team and superior people skills for a senior housing high density residential project. This project is comprised of 10 buildings, 9 are single story wood framed and one building wood framed/structural steel, hollow core plank with an underground parking structure (over 400,000 sq. feet combined). Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of successful experience as a Superintendent in wood-framed multi-family/high density construction as well a competent understanding of Safety, and Commercial Construction practices. Preferred applicants will have superior scheduling and management skills with computer experience using; contract manager, MS-Project, excel spreadsheets, Word Documents and daily reports via computer.
