Job Description:

Balihoo is looking for an energetic, entry-levelperson who has a strong desire to start their career at the intersection ofadvertising, marketing, and technology. The position needs a self-starter whoshines in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The Customer Care Agentshould be an analytical and detail-oriented person who can handle multiple,complex tasks simultaneously and be adept at seeing all issues to closure. Thegoal of the Customer Care Agent and the Customer Care team in general is tohelp our customers increase their advertising effectiveness by using oursoftware.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a level of customer service that consistently produces high customer satisfaction
• Serve as a liaison between Balihoo customers and internal resources
• Trouble-shoot end user issues and collaborate with internal teams to deliver resolutions
• Understand and effectively communicate software and basic technological processes and requirements

Experience/Skills Required:

• A college graduate with a degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications or a related major
• Some experience in a related role is helpful, though not required
• Outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written
• Service-oriented disposition
• Must thrive in a collaborative work environment
