JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Monthly consolidation - prepare consolidation on a monthly basis in Clarity and deliver financial reports. Assist with account analysis/review of financials Assist with budgeting/forecasting for MWI and other entities as needed and help prepare consolidated budget Perform accounting and reconciliations for subsidiaries Assist with general ledger accounting and reconciliations, including preparation of payroll entries for US entities Assist with quarter/year end filing, i.e. 10Q/10K, Press Release, XBRL, Board Book preparation Accounting research and position memos as needed Accounting policy documentation of statutory reporting requirements for foreign subsidiary Assist with special projects as needed Ensure SOX compliance MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience and knowledge of accounting systems. A Certified Public Accountant is required. Ability to work in a team environment and strong computer-related skills and experience are necessary.
